From Concept to Installation.

For projects that require clarity, coordination, and control.

Developed through a defined process that aligns design, engineering, and fabrication.

Built with precision.

Each project is developed through a defined process aligning concept, site conditions, engineering, fabrication, and installation.

This structure ensures clarity early, reduces revision cycles, and supports efficient execution at every stage.

The goal is clarity early—so the work moves forward without unnecessary revision or uncertainty.

Commission Process

A Clear Path from Concept to Installation.

Supported by a strategic fabrication network capable of executing large-scale structural work.

Phase 1 — Concept & Alignment

Step 1 — Initial Consultation
Site, scale, intent, budget range, and overall project objectives are defined.

Step 2 — Site & Context Evaluation
Location conditions, visibility, access, circulation, and architectural context are assessed.

Step 3 — Concept Development
Schematic design & spatial integration drawings are created in response to the site and intended experience, following project alignment and, where applicable, a design phase agreement or letter of intent.

Step 4 — Design Selection & Stakeholder Alignment
A preferred direction is selected and refined with the client and stakeholders.

Phase 2 — Technical Development

Step 5 — Feasibility & Technical Coordination
Preliminary coordination with fabrication, engineering, and project teams confirms structural approach, materials, scale, and site compatibility.

Step 6 — Scope, Budget & Contracting
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, and responsibilities are formalized.

Step 7 — Design Resolution
The approved concept is refined through proportion, material selection, finish durability, and visual development.

Step 8 — Engineering & Structural Development
Structural systems, load considerations, anchoring methods, and integration with site conditions are developed. Third-party structural engineering stamps and wind-load certifications are developed.

Step 9 — Approvals & Fabrication Planning
Required approvals, fabrication drawings, sectional strategy, transport considerations, and production sequencing are established.

Phase 3 — Fabrication & Installation

Step 10 — Site Preparation & Installation Planning
Foundation/interface requirements, access, rigging strategy, crane coordination, and installation sequencing are organized.

Step 11 — Fabrication, Delivery & Installation
The sculpture is fabricated, transported, and installed in coordination with production teams, crane operators, and project stakeholders. AISC-certified welding and industrial-grade coating applications.

Step 12 — Completion & Public Unveiling
Final review and unveiling introduce the work as a permanent element of its environment.

Next Step

Create a Landmark.

Each phase builds on the last, creating a clear path from concept through engineering, fabrication, and installation.

Projects are developed in coordination with engineers, fabrication teams, and project partners to ensure the work is visually resolved, structurally sound, and prepared for real-world execution at scale.
